ARCHway: A summary of the research conducted by a group of SAOL participants on issues that arose as the 'Talk Time' group were preparing their submission to Minister Aodhán Ó'Riordán
Minister of State, Aodhán Ó Riordáin, TD, (Minister with responsibility for the National Drugs Strategy) called to the project on Friday 26th June and spent a busy two hours meeting the women of the Project, listening to feedback from 'It's Talk Time' and their own personal take on the current drugs crisis.
Following up on the initial discussion at 'It's talk time' during International women's Week this year, the participants of SAOL hosted a Community Chat Forum with their colleagues from other addiction services to further the discussion on matters that need to be brought to the Minister's attention, as a submission, as he compiles the new National Drug Strategy
